Mrs. Brooke Gheens

My name is Brooke Gheens. I am blessed to serve as the 2nd grade teacher at St. John’s Lutheran School. I have spent all but 3 years of my life as a Hannibal resident.

 

My husband Jeff and I have 2 wonderful boys. Both of them attend St. John’s. I became a part of the St. John’s family after my oldest, now entering 7th grade, attended the pre-school.

 

I am a graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange University and I am a member of Fifth Street Baptist Church in Hannibal. In addition to serving as 2nd grade teacher, I also am the founder/sponsor of a school organization called Kind Kids. Kind Kids has been a part of some amazing service projects such as: Missouri Department of Transportation’s Adopt a Highway Program, Loaves and Fishes, Operation Gratitude, and Hannibal’s City Wide Clean Up efforts, to name a few.

 

Serving at St. John’s and having the opportunity to experience growth with our students, both in the classroom and with their relationships with the Lord, is truly amazing. Thank you for allowing me to invest in your students.
