To complete your registration, the following packet must be filled out and returned to the office. The packet is fillable and may be downloaded to be completed. After completing the forms please email the packet to the office at school@stjohnshannibal.org
Financial Information:
Full Day: $155/week
HALF day (8:00-11:00): $100/month
Registration Fee: $135/child
Pre-K students:
* Copy of official Birth Certificate
* Completed Medical Exam (provided via physician)
* Up-to-date Immunization Record (due by first day of school)
*Signed Tuition Agreement
